At Eden Boutique, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Earrings or pierced jewellery
- Underwear or swimwear (unless faulty)
- Sale or clearance items
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before returning it.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
If the item you would like in exchange is unavailable, a full refund will be offered instead.
To arrange an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to:
- A repair
- A replacement
- A full refund
Your rights are protected under UK consumer legislation.
How to Return an Item
In-Store Returns
Simply bring the item along with your proof of purchase to our boutique within 14 days of purchase.
Please ensure the item meets all return eligibility requirements before visiting.
